The
Interfaith Coalition
for Worker Justice educates and mobilizes area religious and labor communities on issues
and campaigns to improve wages, benefits, and working conditions for workers, especially
low-wage workers. The ICWJ is responsible for the free, confidential Workers' Rights
Center - staffed by volunteer advocates - operating at the Villager Mall on the south side
of Madison.
The Workers' Rights Center provides education, advocacy, and
referrals to low-wage workers who are experiencing problems in the workplace. |
The Interfaith Coalition
for Worker Justice is proud to announce that we are now a DONOR DESIGNATION AGENCY with
United Way of Dane County. We are code 191 in both the private and public sector
campaigns. As a result, you are now able to include the ICWJ as you make your annual
pledge. We encourage you to give generously - especially if you have never donated
in the past - and would be happy if you chose the ICWJ to receive part of your gift.
Don't forget to authorize "release" of your name so that we may send you
an acknowledgement.
Thanks! |
